Is this festival all ages?
Yes, but please be aware this is an open air festival and may not be suitable for young children. Please go our our tickets page to see all of our prices including underage prices.
Where is the Festival Located?
The Festival is situated at Essen/Müllheim Airport. The closest train station is Mülheim Windmühlenstraße about 600 metres walk from the Festival. If you are flying to the festival. The closest international airport is Dusseldorf.
Where can I stay during the festival?
Purchasing a camping ticket gives you access to our camping grounds. Caravans and Mobile Homes are welcome but please read our camping rules by clicking here. If you wish to book a hotel we recommend you book through one of our hotel partners here.
Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend?
We do not offer refunds unless the entire event is cancelled. If you resell your tickets please sell them for the face value. Any tickets advertised for sale from 3rd party sites that are of higher value will be reported.
Are there any disabled facilities on site?
Yes we fully cater for disabled attendees. We have ample disability parking and camping areas as well as a disability viewing platform. Assistance animals are allowed in all parts of the festival.
Can I bring a Camera?
Yes you may bring a camera but some artists may request a no camera policy. We will announce this prior to the bands performance so please be respectful of this.
Can I bring my own food and drinks to the festival?
You are allowed to bring your own food and drinks to the campsite area but there are strictly no beverages of of any sort to be brought into the main festival arena. You may bring an empty plastic bottle to fill up in the festival grounds. We have a no glass policy. Glass bottles will be confiscated.
Can I bring my pet?
There are no pets of any kind to be allowed at the festival site. Anyone found with Pets on site will be escorted from the festival. Guide Dogs are of course allowed.
Can I buy ear plugs at the festival?
Yes ear plugs will be available from the several points at the festival including bars and merchandise stand.
Are there medical facilities on site?
Of course there will be qualified first aid on site which will be clearly marked. If you require assistance at the festival ask any of our friendly staff who will be happy to help.
Whether this is your first festival or you are a seasoned veteran, please keep safe. The festival Safe website gives very helpful advice on what to expect.
The following items are strictly forbidden. Confiscated items will not be returned.

Wheelchairs and all other assistance related equipment.
Required medical supplies
We ask all attendees to be respectful of others. We have a zero tolerance policy against any form of abuse including but not limited to: all forms of discrimination, bullying, physical and sexual abuse. Security will be on site throughout the festival. If you feel unsafe or witness any kind of illegal or immoral behaviour, please speak to one of the staff immediately. Anyone caught breaking these rules will be immediately removed from the festival and further action may be taken.
Only individuals with a camping ticket will be allowed in the camping area. There are strictly no visitors and anyone caught without a valid ticket in the camping area will be removed from the festival.
Camping site and facilities will open to public at 14:00 on Thursday 27th May 2021.
We ask you to vacate the premises by 12:00pm on Monday 31st May 2021.
We do not have external power supply in the Camping Grounds so please be plan for this and make sure your batteries are charged.
Off the ground BBQs are permitted in the campsite area.
No bonfires or camping fires shall be lit at any time.
Moving of vehicles are strictly prohibited between 23:00 and 06:00 unless there is an emergency evacuation.
Motorhomes, caravans and Trailer tents are welcome but pleased be advised of the limited capacity. Please follow the staffs instructions on where you can park.
Security will be roaming the campsite during the festival. If you see any suspicious behaviour please contact one of the Security or staff.
While we ask customers to be respectful after hours and try not to make too much noise, be advised this is a music festival and official afterparties organised by the event may extend past the live music curfew.
Terms and Conditions
All Tickets are sold subject to the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions constitute the agreement between You and the Promoter.
These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
Ticket refunds or amendments will not be made after purchase.
You are solely responsible for the safekeeping of your Ticket. We are not responsible if it is lost, damaged, stolen or destroyed.
Ticket prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Each Ticket allows the entry of one person to the Event on the day or days as shown on the Ticket. You must have a valid Ticket to be admitted to the Event. Upon admittance to the festival you will be awarded a wristband which allows entry and exit from the festival. During the Festival, your wristband serves as your admittance.
If your wrist band is removed or has been damaged or altered, you will not be allowed re admittance.
You may not resell or transfer a Ticket for above the face value for any reason whatsoever and if you do so the Ticket will become invalid.
The promoter reserves the right to alter or vary the published Event programme including changes to the performance lineup, playing times or any other aspect of the Event.
Tickets are non refundable, non transferable and cannot be exchanged.
Tickets bought from unauthorised agents are not valid and admission will not be granted to the Event.
The promoter reserves the right to refuse you entry and/or eject you from the Event.
By attending the event, you consent for the promoter to use your actual or simulated likeness in any or all media, including but not limited to photo, film and audio for any purpose throughout the world. The Copyright of which is owned by the promoter.
Personal information provided by you to the promoter will only be used within the operations of the event and promoter. No personal information will be sold or given to any 3rd party.
You agree that the Promoter, its servants or agents will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage to any person (including Yourself) or property however caused (including by the Promoter or its servants or agents): (a) in any circumstances unless due to the negligence of the Promoter, its servants or agents; (b) in circumstances where such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach (save for death or personal injury due to the negligence of the Promoter, its servants or agents); and/or (c) to the extent that any increase in any loss or damage results from the breach by You of any of these Terms and Conditions.
In the event of failure to perform any obligation under these Terms and Conditions by the promoter: The Promoter will not be liable if the failure is caused by Force Majeure, where Force Majeure means any cause beyond the Promoter’s control including, without limitation, insurrection, war, riot, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, theft of essential equipment, malicious damage, strike, lock out, weather, third party injunction, national defence requirements and/or acts or regulations of national or local governments.
You agree that the Promoter shall not be liable to You for any indirect or consequential costs, claims, actual or alleged losses howsoever arising out of or in connection with the Event.
The Promoter will not have any liability to You whatsoever for loss or expenses incurred in connection with the Event or any cancellation of the Event, including, without limitation, costs of any personal travel, accommodation or hospitality arrangements made relating to the Event.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court, the provision shall be severed or amended in such a manner as to render the rest of the provision(s) and remainder of these Terms and Conditions valid or enforceable.
"You" Relates to you or anyone attending the event.
"The Promoter" relates to the organisers of the event.
